私の中の妖怪
The Monster inside of Me
誰しもが内面に無数の善や悪の存在を秘めています。一部の人はそれらに反して戦い、他方ではそれらと調和しながら生きています。しかし、我々はそれらを産み出し、ただ通過させるのかあるいは自分自身を支配させるのかという自由を持って生活しています。 内面とは異なる方法で明確となった自我の目録を悪の根源から派生させたものからできています。時間を通してだけ、心理状態、感情、または日々繰り返される活動をもって、それは我々の深層心理で識別する能力を発達させます。 そこに何が隠れているのか、誰が内部に隠れているのかを知ることは、素晴らしい事です。内面は、我々の真実を見て、我々の偽りの迷路に屈することのない、人それぞれの正直さ、固い決意を必要とします。 今回の展覧会では、我々は、日本民族の妖怪のアプローチから、これらの悪や個人的な精神が人間の形で超自然的な視点を表現し、捉えようとしています。
Each person lives in their interior with countless demons or spirits for good or for bad. Some of these people fight against and others live in harmony with them, however, we always have the freedom to yield to them to pass over us or simply to dominate them.
These internal spirits are derived from the root demon which is the attachment to an idea of the ego coming to manifest itself in different ways. Only through time does it develop the capacity to identify them in our deepest interiors with mental states, feelings or activities that are repeated day by day.
Discovering what or who is hiding there, in our interior, is the great daily task. The inner look requires a great personal honesty, firmness of purpose to see our truths and not succumb to our own labyrinths of lies.
In this exhibition, from the Japanese folklore approach of the Yokai, We seek to represent and capture the supernatural perspective of these demons or personal spirits with human form, something that we rarely or almost never allow ourselves to be seen by those around us.
